Welterweight and amateur standout Javar Jones made his pro debut with a stunning first round TKO. The recipient of the quick but precise punishment was Allan Moore who was fighting in his 33rd bout. Both fighters came out fast throwing nothing but power punches. Jones landed the ones that counted. Between slipping on the canvas from trying to dodge Jones relentless attack, and getting caught with nearly everything thrown, Moore just couldn’t stay up on. Finally, the referee had seen enough and mercifully stopped the fight at the 1:26 mark of the first round. Jones is now 1-0 and Moore falls to 3-30.
The show was presented by CBA Promotions and held at the Indiana State Fairgrounds, Farm Bureau Building in Indianapolis, IN.
